Materials Needed:
1. tape measure
2. screws
3. a level
4. a marker or a pencil
5. drilling machine
6. screw driver
7. ladder
8. tox – This is a plastic material that is used to secure the screw firmly inside the hole.

Procedure:
1. Identify the location on your window area where you will place the mounting brackets. Measure it 4 inches above your window and mark it with the help of a level so that your curtain rod will hang evenly. The curtain rods should be placed at least one to two inches outside the window frame when
these are installed. Use the bracket as a guide while marking the spots where the screws will be fastened. Take note that there are two mounting holes per bracket that will be marked.
2. Referencing the marked spots, drill the holes now for the screws. Insert a tox in each hole that has been drilled.
3. When done inserting the tox, start screwing the brackets to the wall. Ensure to fasten all the screws needed.
4. You may now install the inner curtain rod. But before you do that, hang first the curtain in the rod and mount it slowly to the brackets. Check that the rods are mounted properly to the brackets to ensure correct level.
5. For the installation of the remaining rod and thick fabric curtain, repeat Procedure 4.
